Facility Rental
Reservation Information
Park facilities must be reserved in person at Bell Buckle Town Hall.
Rentals are made on a first come, first serve basis. Holidays and other designated days may be excluded from rentals.
Picnic Area Rental
For parties of 20 or more
Residents: $35 fee + $35 deposit
Non-residents: $55 fee + $55 deposit
Refundable deposit will be returned if there is no damage to park grounds and park rules have been followed.
Stage Only
No lighting or sound usage
Non-profit: $150 fee + $100 deposit + 10% gross
For profit: $250 fee + $250 deposit + 15% gross
Entire Facility
Including lighting, sound, electrical
Non-profit: $350 fee + $100 deposit + 10% gross
For profit: $600 fee + $250 deposit + 15% gross
*Those needing electrical set up must have prior approval. If an engineer is needed, cost is lessee's responsibility.
